The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got some complimentary fruit for being there for a few nights. The room was made up every day. The pool was a good size and depth for swimming. The location was near some good eating places. We had a moped to get into town, the Alun Alun in Batu was lively in the evening, with a street food market. There were some good waterfalls and the Museum in Batu was interesting and slightly odd! The buffet and A La Carte breakfasts were good. The buffet isn't on if there's too few guests.

The 3 bedroom Catelya cottage was just nice for our family of 7. Very spacious, clean, and reasonably well furnished for a short stay. The hotel itself has a good swimming pool, tennis courts, and spacious open space that gives a really fresh air feeling. Breakfast was adequate. When the F&B manager knew that one of our family members had her birthday, they gave surprises by singing and providing free birthday cake. Nice touch indeed.

Staff very friendly ,location and property so good with beautiful mountains view,pool and garden good ,but main problem WiFi signal no good even in room no WiFi , Bathroom little bit small , And hot water for shower not available, But staff very nice and friendly ,
